Great location for Heathrow airport, welcoming environment, comfortable, two bars and restaurants serving good food. Staff professional friendly and accommodating. There is now use of pool and spa facilities but unfortunately didn’t have time to use them. There is also a small gift/souvenir shop so if you’ve forgotten that last minute gift for someone you might just find something here.

Best location for overnight stay prior to early morning flight from LHR - only a short walk to departure check-in desk from the hotel. Room is quiet despite proximity to runways and busy road.
Ideally located, 16th-century The Red Lion Hotel has excellent access to central London, via nearby Uxbridge & Hillingdon underground stations and is only 4 mi from Heathrow Airport.

Breakfast and dinners were superb! Thank you! Room was very nice--comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also clean, very new, and well-designed. Internet was free (very important!) and worked very well. The front desk staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to help with any question or problem.

I would use their shuttle next time. It was discouraged with an excuse of a lot of people using it so they ordered us a ride for the next morning come to find out they get a kick back for all the rides they recommend. No wonder they didn’t want us to use the free shuttle and we had to pay
The buffet breakfast wasn’t great either but it’s cheaper to order ahead then walk in

We had a wedding at this hotels venue so we had two rooms for ourselves and family. It met our expectations being a Hilton and everything was perfect. The bedroom was clean and confortable and the shower in the bathroom was just how I like it, nice n hot. Only gripe but, it may have been my fault but the bath plug was stuck and impossible to lift and thus it didn't drain. So we had to let reception know on the way to the wedding hall and it was all sorted upon our return.
Well definitely stay here again.
Oh! One more thing the price of drinks in the bar? Expensive.

The room, location and facilities were great.
The room, location and facilities were great. I'd say the curtain for the bathtub wasn't clean enough and they should provide handwash in the washroom. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel and it's so easy to explore both London and Slough including other areas. It's a good location for families with kids to spend time in the nearby playgrounds.

Good location for Terminal 5 but the hotel didn’t remind us to check if our car was ULEZ compliant. That would have been more than helpful as we incurred a fine arriving and leaving the hotel. We have suggested that to the hotel but as yet haven’t had a response.
A warning in the website for those of us unfamiliar with ULEZ would be more than helpful.

Stayed one night before our flight home, but what a great experience. The staff were wonderful, very attentive and helpful. The room was great and we slept well. Best of all, the vegan dining options for both dinner and breakfast were fabulous.
Will definitely stay here agin.
I can understand why this hotel got good reviews. It was relatively cheap compared to most hotels. The breakfast was superb, the room was large and more than adequate. Very clean and very warm in the middle of winter. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in the centre of London that do not match this hotel for important features like cleanliness, good warm and inviting environment, friendly and attentive staff, excellent breakfast. This hotel has got everything and am amazed it was Premier Inn.
The hotel had only been open 3 days when we visited, so was naturally bright and clean. Staff were polite at all times and even whilst they were still learning some of the system they would hold a conversation and not leave you waiting in silence.
Rooms are very spacious with comfortable large bed and there is no noise from the aircraft’s flying close overhead.
The location to Hatton Cross is excellent to be able to jump straight into the Piccadilly line of the tube and be in central London in 40 mins.
First impressions of the hotel was that it was lovely, the building was pretty inside and out, the reception girls were friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, with a mini bar too, the bar was really cool, and the Italian staff member was super helpful and friendly. The beer garden was an added bonus. Location for us was ideal as we flew into Heathrow for a Wedding in Uxbridge, we were delighted the hotel was close to both, and seemed like a great place as we were staying 2 nights.
Location. It is very near Heathrow airport. There are 2 bus stops within walking distance which made it very convenient to go to Uxbridge Town Centre and the train station. We advised management that we will be arriving earlier than the check-in time and if we can drop-off our bags. Our request was accommodated and instead of just dropping off our bags, we were able to check-in since the previous guest checked out earlier.
Hazel was very quick to respond to our messages.
The hotel is really close to Terminal 2. We took taxi from Heathrow tube station twice. We took bus to the tube station but taxi to airport as we had big suitcases. We were exploring London and wanted to stay near Heathrow in order to catch our flight the next day. Front desk staff were super helpful in seeing that we caught appropriate busses etc.
The breakfast had everything we had grown to expect on a full English breakfast.
The covered walkway from Terminal 4 at London Heathrow (LHR) to Crowne Plaza London Heathrow T4, an IHG Hotel, is useful when arriving late at the airport, however with baggage it's obviously more than the advertised 5 minutes.
The breakfast buffet is excellent and leaves nothing to be desired; the staff in this area is really very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Runway bar in 14th floor gives spectacular views of planes taking off. You can see London in distance.
Relaxing way to have a pre dinner drink
Dinner was good on the 1st floor
Rooms clean and sufficient room for overnight stay if you are departing from terminal 2or3
Friendly staff. Modern and clean hotel. Would stay again if I had a flight out of terminal 2 or 3
Location - 1 min walk to train station
Grocery - right next to supermarket
Restaurant - connected to the hotel
We stayed there for a week, it had everything we could have asked for!! I'd definitely recommend it & stay there when I'm in London again.
The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful - they also helped us printing out some of our sightseeing tickets.
Very nice spacious and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast that was constantly replenished by very pleasant workers. All workers at the hotel were were very pleasant. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you to the main bus depot at LHR terminal 2. It is easy to use the Tube to travel into London city.
For an airport Hotel in Greater London area the hotel restaurant and its manager (Clek Vaz) exceeded all of expectations. It is amazing how one man’s personality, wit, knowledge and willingness to engage with customers in conversations can create the whole atmosphere in a large room. Special thanks to him.
Room - My wife and I stayed here about 10 ears ago and finally returned for another visit. I think in the future the Blu will be our future headquarters in London. BTW, I'm handicapped. This hotel worked very hard to help with my handicap to ensure all went well with my disability. They succeeded!
Definitely a step above most airport hotels. The location is fantastic - simple access to the airport and an easy trip into central London - and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and other amenities (restaurant and shops) were high quality.
The bed was just amazing! So comfortable! The linen and towels smelt really good. Very clean and spacious room, quiet and friendly staff. Housekeeping is very accommodating. This hotel is at the top of the list of my favorite hotels in London Heathrow.
The hotel was an Ibis budget hotel, which I hadn't realised when I booked and so the cost was very reasonable for the London area and very close to Heathrow airport. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Great location, booked it because it was so close to terminal two Heathrow,5 mins in a taxi. The hotel is modern and has a lovely bar/restaurant area. The room are spacious enough and we had a family room with a king and double bed.
The ease of getting to the hotel from central London. The signage was excellent and the entrance was very inviting. The options of eating areas and the welcome from staff made for a pleasant stay.
Great location and easy access to London. Clean and spacious rooms, with a comfortable bed.The bar was pleasant and
all the staff in the hotel were great.
