excellent location, helpful staff, good breakfast and very fair prioe. Room was clean and comfortable - even sharing with two adolescent boys.

bathroom needs better ventilation, rooms in front of hotel can be noisy (nearby disco - bring earplugs)

". The sq ft of the room should be given. . The total number of rooms in the bulding. . Number of operatonal elevators. . A third party inspection of the hotel." (97648484)

Centrally located walking distance to train station and many of local sites

Room was too small. The bathroom had a stench of sewage. The tiny elevator.

Good location, helpful staff, air conditioning, fridge, safe and the ability to e-mail the hotel with any personal needs or wants

The continental breakfast could have been more varid with fruit and meats. Due to the hair drier being wall mounted in the shower/toilet area, whist the drier is being used no one else can use the facilities

"I would recommend to spend some more Euros and stay away from this hotel." (99649533)

The hotel wouldn't meet ordinary travelers' expectation.

The place was not clean, full of ants. The shower booth was too small, you would turn your body.

"We had only 1 1/2 day in Rome and we wanted to see the typical Rome turist sights, since it was our first visit. We had walking distance to Colloseum (10 min - you can acutally see it from the hotel entrence), walking distance to the Vatican (max 30 min), close to shopping streets, spanish stairs etc. Walking distance to train station Termini (max 10 min). Nice restaurants around the area. We had to check out from the hotel at 11.00 in the morning but since we were not leaving Rome until the evening we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a great advantage! The breakfast was good and people working there friendly and helpful. Nice with air conditioning since Rome is HOT in July. It is expensive in Rome but I think that 80€ for a room is relatively cheap, especially considering the location! I can warmly recommend the hotel eventhough the room we had was very small. But Rome is not about spending time in the hotel room...;)" (99580768)

    Good price, excellent location, clean

    Very small room

"Lack of Tea or Coffee Making Facilities. TV was useless to us as there was no English Channel. A Clothes Iron in Room Would Have Been Nice. Towels & Bed Linen Only Changed Every 2 Days" (99823580)

    Location

Hard Bed. Not Enough Clothes Hangers.

"Great location and just across the street from one of the best gelato places in Rome. Excellent staff at the desk. Breakfast was good quality and we rarely needed to eat lunch. Our room at the back was quiet from street noise (the Remo room). Overall, a great location for touring Rome - walking distance from major sites like Forum, Pantheon, Trevi and Spanish Steps. You can see the Colloseum from the street." (99317779)

Staff were fantastic, excellent English and knowledge of city, great loacation

A bit expensive but worth it

    Posizione centrale

    Tutto il resto

niente punti di forza. colazione freda

bagni. attrezzatura bagni, arredamento stanze. aria condizionata mal coordinata. una unità esterna per 4 interne. tutti telecomandi stesso mode (?)
