Location was good and hotel was very quiet, despite its close proximity to airport.
The toilet roll was almost empty and the "spare" roll had only 20 sheets.

Even if I told I wanted to stay in non-smoking room, staff gave me smoking permitted room. Noisy doors didn't let me to sleep at least 1 hour.

easy to get to heathrow, the cheapest hotel in town.
it seems all the money was pumped into the lobby area, leaving the rooms in serious need of a makeover. the pillows were far too thin, there was a bit of mold in the shower area, the hallways smelled of smoke and age... and the breakfast was extremely overpriced.

Close to airport, hoppa bus to & from airport but make sure you read the fine print on end of bus sign at airport as * after some of bus 58 times.

Clean and adequate facilities. Not as noisy as I had feared, being close to both the M4 and Heathrow. Great value for money.
Paying so much for the parking! Poor bar service and dreadful problems simply trying to check out.

Clean, near Heathrow...got excellent directions on getting to Heathrow from a man at the desk. (Sorry, didn't catch his name) He needs to share his knowledge, as no one else was able to tell us how to drive to the airport. Great burger from your bar area. Room quiet. All service friendly.
Continental breakfast overpriced. Tea barely warm. Cereal I had starting to go stale.

Cost was in our range; everyone was very helpful; good lunch and breakfast; and the room was comfortable
Shower head not too good for water coming out in a spray fashion; couldn't get iron to work but it might be that we didn't know how to use it in the right manner.

Some staffs are very friendly, and I like them.
Even 2 week reservation with credit card, I had to settle the payment weekly. This is the first experience for me Hotel does not trust my credtline.

"This hotel has easy access into the City of London by way of the hoppa bus to the airport and then the underground. It was fairly inexpensive and they serve a great English Breakfast. The restraurant had great food and the staff was friendly and helpful." (97540516)
Breakfast was great. Location was good.
Bed was lumpy and pillows were small, but otherwise it wasn't bad.

Nice and very clean, bathroom was good condition. My wife really enjoy the stay for the excellent value for money. I hope we will visit again in June and see the same service. It was easily accessible from Heathrow. I arrived late a night and the hotel was busy. The check-in was quick and efficient and I was able to get something to eat and drink at 11:00 pm.
Sadly they had a plumbing problem and so there was no hot water in the morning. This was beyond their control, and they reduced the cost of the room as a consequence.

"AWFUL. SHUTTLE DOES NOT OPERATE AFTER MIDNIGHT. WE BOOKED THIS HOTEL FROM USA AND COULD NOT KNOW THIS. WE WERE STRANDED IN THE COACH STATION AT HEATHROW AT 12.30AM DUE TO A DELAYED FLIGHT AND HAD TO WALK WITH OUR 6 BAGS 1/2 MILE TO TAXI RANK. SHUTTLE ALSO DOES NOT GO TO TERMINAL 4 SO WE SPENT GBP30 ON TAXIS IN TOTAL. WE COULD HAVE STAYED IN A BETTER HOTEL AT THE TERMINAL FOR THE TOTAL COST. NO REIMBURSEMENT WAS OFFERED BY THE HOTEL. WE DO NOT KNOW HOW ANYONE WHO DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH OR IS INFIRM WOULD HAVE COPED WITH THE SITUATION. " (97887242)

Good price, room clean and adequate. Shuttle bus was on time and very organized.
Bed was hard and the pillows were very poor. Pillows need to be of better quality. I also did not like to have to have a preauthorized large amount put on my credit card upon arrival that I had to make sure that it was deleted the next am and the correct room charge put in. If I had run into time problems this could have been a problem. There were long linelineups at reception in the am as so many people were leaving for the airport. It was lucky that I had allowed lots of extra time. Also, I never got my wake up call so it was very lucky that I did get up in time...

"We found the |Hotel very good for a one night stop over. Collecting the car on our return was not easy as Purple parking did not answer the phone when we rang to tell them we had arrived at Heathrow. We waited 30mins to get through to them which after an all night flight was not good!" (97273775)

It was conveniently close to Heathrow airport.
Room small. Shower primitive. Box spring bracket projecting caused stubbed toe. Car Park charges, should be free to guests.

Handy for airport -reasonable price
Lack of staff on reception meaning check-in/check-out look ages. Room was in need of good clean there was no tea or milk -clearly cleaning room staff had not done their job very well and several bits of equipment needed repairing.

room was comfy but on a number of days no hot water was available
continental breakfast poor continuous repetition of same song throughout hotel entire time lack of free internet as compared to other similar hotels at such a room rate!

"The staff are ok but this hotel does not give you value for your money , i know this as i have stayed at other hotels in the area for the same rate. Bathroom is mouldy, ie taps turning green. very poor standard. I had room service , it was horrible, this is something as simple as chips and egg. The tray was dirty the metal bowl used to cover the food was dented. DO NOT LODGE HERE except is only for a few hours. NEVER AGAIN!!!" (97303504)

The reception staff were excellent - very helpful. The food in the restaurant was very nice. The wait staff in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly.
The room could have been cleaner - especially the headboards. The ground floor room I had was noisy due to the busses.
